Hi - I am the Executive Director of Reykjavik Gay Pride. I want to congratulate you with your pride event. I also want to tell you about InterPride www.interpride.org an international organization of gay pride organizers. InterPride has a world conference every year in October and the next one will be in Minneapolis. As a new and young Pride organization you can become a member and then apply for a scholarship (grant) to send one delegate to the conference. The scholarship can cover the cost of flight, hotel and registration for the conference. At the conference you will meet people from all around the world, go to workshops to learn how to hold and promote a pride and tell people about your exsperience. If you are interested I will be glad to help you through the application and give your further information.
